Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and session storage — work the same way. We use these to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use FFCC.
2. Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Service to function. They cannot be turned off in our systems.
- Authentication — keep you signed in to Freedom OS, Mission Control, the Risk Manager, and other member tools (JWT cookies)
- Security — prevent cross-site request forgery and other abuse
- Session state — remember which step of the application or onboarding you are on
Functional (preferences)
These remember choices you make so the site behaves the way you expect.
- Theme preference — light or dark mode (
ffcc-funnel-themein local storage) - Currency and billing toggles — your last selected currency (USD / AUD / NZD) and billing cycle on the pricing page
- Calculator inputs — your last settings on tools like the Prop Firm Simulator and Fortune Forest
- Custom checklist items — pre-trade check items you add inside Freedom OS
Analytics
We may use basic analytics to count visitors, see which pages are most useful, and understand where people drop off. These are aggregated and do not identify you personally.
Third-party
Some pages embed content from third parties that set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. These include:
- Stripe — payment processing (fraud prevention, session)
- Calendly — call booking widget
- Vimeo — video player on the funnel and member pages
- Google Fonts — font delivery (no personally identifying cookies, only font caching)
- Vercel and Railway — hosting infrastructure (security and performance)
We do not control these cookies. Refer to each provider's own policy for details.
3. How to Manage Cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. You can usually:
- Block all cookies, or block specific categories
- Delete cookies after every browsing session
- Choose to be notified when cookies are set
Helpful links:
Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into the Freedom OS app, the Mission Control dashboard, the Risk Manager, and any member-only area. The marketing site itself will still load.
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-standard response to that signal, so we do not currently respond to it. You can still manage cookies through your browser as described above.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
