You give us directly
- Account information — name, email address, password (hashed), country, timezone
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details
- Application & onboarding answers — trading experience, goals, schedule, prop firm history, anything you submit through forms
- Trading data — trades, journal entries, screenshots, backtests, and check-ins you log inside Freedom OS
- Communication content — messages, posts, comments, support emails, and content you share in the community
- Booking information — when you book a call via Calendly (name, email, timezone, answers to scheduling questions)
Collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, clicks, session duration
- Device data — browser type, operating system, screen size, approximate location (from IP)

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure
- Personalise your experience and your recommended trade plan
- Communicate with you about your account, the community, and updates
- Send marketing emails about FFCC content, products, and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve our courses, tools, and software
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers who help us run the Service, including:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database hosting (Freedom OS, lead capture, onboarding data)
- Vercel and Railway — application hosting
- Circle — community platform
- Calendly — call booking
- Vimeo — video hosting
- Google (Fonts) — font delivery
- Mentors and team members — Chanelle and authorised FFCC staff may view your journal, trade plan, onboarding responses, and trading activity inside Freedom OS for the purpose of coaching and support
- Other members — content you post in the community is visible to other members
- Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property
- Business transfers — if FFCC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy
5. International Transfers
FFCC is based in New Zealand. Our service providers operate globally and your information may be processed in the United States, the European Union, Australia, and other locations. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and managed cloud providers. No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (New Zealand, Australia, EU/UK, California, etc.), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Receive a portable copy of your information
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

When you sign up or apply to FFCC, you may receive marketing emails about our content and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by emailing us. Transactional emails (account, billing, security) cannot be opted out of while you remain a member.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the community or by email.
