2. No Guarantees

Trading is risky. The vast majority of retail traders lose money. FFCC makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that you will achieve any specific result — including but not limited to passing a prop firm evaluation, receiving a payout, replacing your income, or becoming profitable.

Any income figures, screenshots, testimonials, payout examples, member wins, or backtest results published by FFCC are illustrative and represent the experience of specific individuals at specific points in time. Individual results vary widely and your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, discipline, risk management, capital, market conditions, broker execution, and personal psychology.

3. Backtests & Simulations Are Hypothetical

Backtest results, Monte Carlo simulations, and prop firm pass-rate projections shown anywhere in the Service (including the Prop Firm Simulator, Fortune Forest, and Golden Hour Bot pages) are hypothetical. They are generated from historical data and statistical models, not from live trading.

Hypothetical performance has many inherent limitations. It does not reflect actual trading or the financial impact of slippage, commissions, fills, latency, news events, gaps, broker outages, prop firm rule changes, or human error. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

4. Automated Trading Software

FFCC provides automated trading tools including the Golden Hour bot, the FFCC Risk Manager, the ORB Bot, and PineScript strategies. These tools are provided for educational use. They depend on third-party services (TradingView, PickMyTrade, Tradovate, your prop firm) which we do not control.

You are responsible for monitoring every trade your account places, whether automated or manual. You accept full responsibility for any loss caused by software bugs, signal delays, missed fills, incorrect risk sizing, broker outages, or any other technical issue.

5. Prop Firm Disclaimer

FFCC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by any prop firm. We may discuss, compare, or include affiliate links to firms such as Lucid Trading, Apex Trader Funding, and TopStep. Their rules, payout terms, and policies can change at any time without notice.

Whether your account passes evaluation, qualifies for payout, or is closed for rule violations is determined entirely by the prop firm, not by FFCC. Always read your firm's current rules and contract before trading a funded account.

6. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make, every account you fund, and every dollar you risk. Before trading, you should:

• Understand the risks of futures and leveraged trading
• Read the disclosure documents from your broker or prop firm
