Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Financial Freedom Country Club ("FFCC," "we," "us," "our"), including the websites at financialfreedomcountryclub.com, ffccpromentorship.vercel.app, ffcc-tools.vercel.app, and any related products, content, communities, software, and services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, joining the community, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements. The Service is not intended for persons under 18.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at nickffcountryclub@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Price Lock

Subscription billing. FFCC Community membership is billed on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis depending on the plan you select at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price lock. The current member rate is locked in for the duration of your continuous active membership. If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be billed at the then-current rate.

Taxes. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to the Service until payment is successful. Repeated failure may result in cancellation.

5. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from inside the community settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, full or partial, used or unused. This includes monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans, regardless of how many sessions you attended, how much content you consumed, or your individual trading results.

This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

6. Educational Content — Not Financial Advice

All content within FFCC is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. See our Disclaimer for the full risk warning.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trade plans, course videos, slide decks, indicators, bots, source code, training material, branding, and written material inside the Service are the property of FFCC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own private trading and education. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, republish, screen-record, share login credentials, or otherwise make the content available to anyone outside your personal use. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination and may result in legal action.

8. Community Conduct

By participating in the FFCC community (Circle, chat channels, live calls), you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Not share login credentials, paid content, or proprietary strategies outside the community
• Not promote competing products, pitch outside services, or spam other members
• Not give financial advice to other members or claim to manage their money
• Not post unlawful, harassing, or misleading content

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate membership for any violation, at our sole discretion, without refund.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party tools including but not limited to Stripe (payments), Calendly (booking), Vimeo (video), Circle (community), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), TradingView (charting), PickMyTrade (signal routing), and prop firms (Lucid Trading, Apex Trader Funding, TopStep). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or actions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific trading result will be achieved.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFCC, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FFCC against any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the community or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
